supporting your journey to inner balance
I believe our life experiences shape us both psychologically and physically. With this in mind, I offer a blend of talk therapy and body awareness techniques to promote mental well-being. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychoeducation, somatic therapies, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, spirituality, and mindfulness to support lasting healing. My therapy approaches lean into learning to be kind to yourself regardless of the circumstances.

Contact me via email to inquire about scheduling or to request information about a service. Phone calls are more difficult to return given my schedule and often require time that would be best spent as an appointment.
