Kathe has formally trained in the following:
IFS with The IFS Institute, Complex Trauma with Janina Fisher, PhD., Mindful Self Compassion with Kristen Neff, PhD. and Chris Germer, PhD., Psychedelic Integration with Mindscape Psychedelic Institute, Biofeedback with Saybrook University and Inna Khazan, PhD., Trauma Sensitive Yoga with The Center for Trauma and Embodiment at JRI. She completed her practicums with Des Moines Pastoral Counseling Center and hospice inpatient care.
Kathe has a BA from the University of Northern Iowa in Sociology and Women's Studies and Master of Social Work from the University of Iowa.
